Welcome to SANAYAS. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Acceptance
Your order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email or see a confirmation screen after checkout along with a system-generated order number from SANAYAS.

2. Order Cancellation
SANAYAS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including, but not limited to:

Product unavailability or stock issues

Pricing or technical errors

Suspicious or negative order history

Quality control failure

Incomplete or incorrect delivery details

Payment authorization failure by the bank

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

3. Delays & Limitation of Liability
SANAYAS makes every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes. However, we shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, or any event considered a Force Majeure.

SANAYAS will not be responsible for loss, damage, mis-delivery, or non-delivery arising from such events.

4. Order Placement & Payments
Customers may place orders using the payment methods available on the SANAYAS website, including online payments or bank transfers.

Product availability is not guaranteed at the time of order placement. If an item becomes unavailable, customers may be offered an alternative of equal value. If no confirmation is received, the order may be canceled.

International orders are processed only after full payment is received.

5. Payment Conditions (Pakistan)

Cash on Delivery (COD) available for orders up to PKR 60,000

Orders above PKR 60,000 require advance payment

All stitched or customized orders require 100% advance payment

6. Delivery Timeframes

During Normal Days

Local Delivery: 5 – 7 working days

International Delivery: 5 – 7 working days

During Sale Periods

Local Delivery: 4 – 14 working days

International Delivery: 10 – 14 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to high order volumes or external factors.

7. Policy Updates
SANAYAS reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
