Orders Shipped Within India

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• A valid proof of purchase is required.
• Returns are accepted only after approval.

International Orders

International orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, international orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we may assist you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the original product must be returned first. Once the return is approved, a new order may be placed separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers within the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds

• Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take up to 10 business days.
